Is it suitable for losing weight if you have a normal breakfast in the morning, do not eat lunch and drink water in the evening?
Answer from bahs.
Hello, the way you use it is generally suitable for the purpose of losing weight. After having a regular breakfast in the morning, instead of skipping lunch, it would be more balanced if you can have a nutritious but low-calorie meal if possible. If you consume Bahs Meal Powder instead of dinner, it can support your weight loss process by reducing your daily calorie intake. If you wish, you can use Bahs Meal Powder twice a day in the morning and evening, and you can prefer a light vegetable dish or salad at lunch. This regular use, when supported by light physical activities, can provide a healthy weight loss of up to 2-3 kg per week.

It says 20 meals. Is it 20 daily meals in the morning and evening or is it one meal?
Answer from bahs.
Hello, bahs. in our meal powders, 1 serving = 1 meal. Therefore, the phrase “20 servings” indicates that the product contains a total of 20 servings. The usage method is entirely up to you: If you use it instead of 1 meal a day, the product will last for about 20 days. If you use it for 2 meals a day (for example, morning and evening), it will be enough for 10 days.

Answer from bahs.
Hello, If the product is prepared, it should be consumed immediately. You can take 1 scoop of the product with you by adding it to the shaker, and you can add water as you consume it.

Can it be used 3 times a day to lose weight quickly?
Answer from bahs.
Hello, Bahs Meal Powder can be used 3 meals a day, but **it is not recommended to feed only this way for a long time**. It can be applied for rapid weight loss in a short period (for example, 1 week), but there are points to be considered: * Daily calorie intake should not fall too low, otherwise the metabolism slows down. * It is not recommended to use only meal powder for more than 8 weeks. * Drinking plenty of water is essential. * Add a vegetable or low-calorie snack if you can. If your goal is fast weight loss, you can use this method for **short term**, then switch to 2 meals per day + 1 regular meal.

Can we consume it only once in the evening during fasting?
Answer from bahs.
Hello, Yes, you can consume Meal Powder **for iftar or sahur**. However, just **consumption once in the evening** may not fully meet your daily nutritional needs. You can consider these suggestions for a balanced diet for your body: **If you consume it for Sahur**: Thanks to its long-lasting satiety feature, you can feel less hungry throughout the day. It is recommended that you consume the meal powder at Sahur and drink plenty of water with it. **If you consume it during iftar**: You can prefer it as a light meal. However, consuming a light soup and a healthy main meal before iftar, followed by Drinking Meal Powder provides a more balanced nutrition. Don't forget to pay attention to water consumption during Ramadan to get enough protein, vitamins and minerals! We wish you a healthy and peaceful Ramadan!
