I don't do sports but I want to take protein because I almost never get protein as food. Is there any harm in using the product? for example if i prepare this and drink it with milk instead of only 1 meal?
Answer from bahs.
Hello, Yes, if you think you are not getting enough protein in your daily diet even if you are not doing sports, you can use our Whey Protein Powder. You can prepare and consume it with 250-300 ml of milk or water, making it one serving per day. Preparing it with milk not only enhances its flavor but also supports your protein and calorie intake. But the whey protein powder is not a meal replacement. It should be used to supplement protein needs. We recommend that you continue to eat as balanced as possible. If you have any other questions, we will be happy to help.

Does regular use of the mentioned vitamins cause toxicity with 1 scoop per day?
Answer from bahs.
Hello, when 1 scoop, which is the recommended daily usage amount, is consumed, it is not expected that the vitamins and minerals in the product content will cause toxicity. The formula has been prepared considering the recommended daily usage amount. However, if you are also taking different vitamin-mineral supplements or have any health condition, we recommend that you consult your doctor or dietician to evaluate your total daily intake.

Do you drink it with milk or do I think I should take it with water?
Answer from bahs.
Hello, you can prepare Whey Protein Powder with both water and milk. With water: It is lighter and lower in calories. With milk: It becomes thicker; the amount of protein and calories increases. If you have stomach sensitivity due to using Mounjaro, it might be best to start with a small portion and plenty of water. We kindly ask you to consider your doctor's recommendation for regular use.

Is it full? How many scales and how many miles?
Answer from bahs.
Hello, you can consume it on an empty or full stomach; If you have stomach sensitivity, you can prefer it on a full stomach. You can prepare 1 scoop (29 g) of Whey Protein Powder by mixing it with 300 ml of water. On your training days, consume it after your workout, and on other days, you can consume it throughout the day according to your protein needs.

Does it keep you full? Can it be used as a meal rather than a snack?
Answer from bahs.
Hello, Whey protein powder supports protein intake and can provide satiety for a while; however, it cannot replace a full and balanced meal on its own. We recommend it to be used more as a snack or after a workout. If you want to use it as a meal replacement, our meal powder containing protein, carbohydrates, fiber, fat, vitamins and minerals is a more suitable option.

It will help build muscles, right? Should we use 1 scoop to build more muscles?
Answer from bahs.
Hello, Yes, whey protein powder can support muscle development with regular resistance training and a balanced diet. It doesn't build muscle on its own; your overall daily protein intake and workout regimen are what really matter. Usually 1 scoop is enough for 1 use. 1 scoop is approximately 29 grams and can be prepared with 300–400 ml of water or milk. It is recommended to supplement your daily protein needs in a balanced way, rather than increasing the amount to build more muscle.

hi, can it be mixed with yogurt? can it be eaten with a spoon instead of liquid?
Answer from bahs.
Hello, Yes, you can consume it by mixing it with yoghurt. Whey protein powder can be prepared with liquid, as well as mixed with thicker foods like yogurt. There is no harm in consuming it with a spoon. For a more homogeneous consistency, we can recommend mixing it first with a small amount of water or milk and then adding it to the yogurt. If you have any other questions, do not hesitate to ask.

What is the difference between this and my powdered packaged item? Is it the grammage?
Answer from bahs.
Hello, the difference between meal powder and protein powder is not only the weight. • Meal Replacement Powder → Replaces a meal → Contains carbohydrates, fats, fiber, vitamins, and minerals → Provides satiety and supports a balanced diet. • Protein Powder → Does not replace a meal → Primarily intended to meet protein needs → More commonly used post-workout. meal powder = meal replacement, protein powder = supplement product. If you have any other questions, do not hesitate to ask. Best regards, bahs.
