Good work. Is there a scale in the package? If not, how much should we use at home? Can you give a recipe, for example, 2 tablespoons?
Answer from bahs.

You said it is prepared with 500 ml of milk, isn't it too much?
Answer from bahs.
Hello, the 500 ml recommendation is the average preparation amount given for a more fluid and comfortable drink. But you can adjust it completely to your taste. Many users prefer to prepare it with a thicker consistency, using 300-400 ml of milk, resulting in a pudding/milkshake-like texture. You can also prepare it by mixing water and milk if you want.

Hello, how many liters is the shaker that comes with it and how much milk should I put in 1 scoop?
Answer from bahs.
Hello, our shakers sent have a capacity of 500 mL. For our Meal Powder products, we generally recommend mixing 1 scoop of product with approximately 500 mL of water or milk and consuming it. If you wish, you can slightly decrease or increase the amount of liquid according to your taste. If you have any other questions, do not hesitate to ask. Regards, bahs.

Hello, they served it during the Bilkent road run, I think it had milk in it and I don't remember if fruit was added. What are your alternatives to prepare? Should we put fruit and milk?
Answer from bahs.
Hello, there are more than one alternative to prepare our meal powder. In standard use, you can consume 1 scoop of the product by mixing it with 500 ml of water. If you wish, you can also prepare it with milk or lactose-free milk instead of water. You can get a thicker consistency and flavor that way. Adding fruit isn't mandatory, but you can optionally boost both the flavor and nutritional value by blending in things like bananas or strawberries. You can prepare it with water for a lighter consumption, or with milk and fruit for a richer and sweeter alternative.

Answer from bahs.
Hello, we generally recommend using 2 meals a day (morning and evening) for weight loss goal. I feel very dense powder in my throat when I drink it, although I didn't put all the scale. Even though I shake it a lot, it doesn't have an easy drink. I wonder if it's like this? I made it with milk, so it doesn't mix like cocoa with milk, I can feel the grains when I swallow it. Is it such a dense product
Answer from bahs.
Hello, if you tried it with 500 ml and it seemed intense, we recommend preparing it with 600 ml of liquid for the next try. This amount usually makes me feel more comfortable and reduces the intensity felt in the throat. Adding the liquid to the shaker first and then the powder, and shaking vigorously for 20-30 seconds will help the mixture become more homogeneous. If you share your experience with us after trying again, we would be happy to support you.
