Product Q&As
how to use
Answer from bahs.
Hello, it is recommended to prepare meal powder by mixing 1 scoop of the product with approximately 500 ml of water. It can be consumed with milk, kefir or yogurt instead of water, as desired: With water: A lower calorie option With milk: More nutritious and more filling With kefir/yogurt: An alternative and more dense consistency It can be easily prepared by shaking in a lidded container or with a shaker.

Hello, can I eat this during iftar?
Answer from bahs.
Hello, we do not recommend Meal Powder during iftar. After a long day of fasting, we recommend starting with gentler transitions, such as water, dates, and a light soup. However, you can easily choose it for sahur. Thanks to its high protein and balanced nutrient content, it can provide a longer feeling of fullness throughout the day. It is especially suitable as a practical and quick alternative for sahur. If you wish, you can consume 1 serving with 500 ml of water or milk during sahur.

Hello, how is pudding made?
Answer from bahs.
Hello, you can reduce the amount of liquid for pudding consistency. Generally: * 1 scoop of meal powder * It is mixed with 150-200 ml of milk to achieve a thicker consistency. If you wish, you can also achieve a thicker consistency by letting it sit in the refrigerator for a short time after mixing.

I'm asking because I don't know the product, what is it for, I want to lose weight and I do sports, how should I use it?
Answer from bahs.
Hello, To lose weight, it is enough to use two meals of Meal Powder a day. For best results, follow the usage pattern below: Usage: Breakfast in the morning: Consume 1 scoop (60 g) of Meal Powder mixed with 500 ml of water or low-calorie plant-based milk. Lunch: Opt for a healthy, low-calorie, and nutritious meal (such as vegetable dishes, yogurt, or salad). Dinner: Consume 1 scoop (60 g) of Meal Powder with 500 ml of water or low-calorie vegetable milk. Snack (if needed): If you feel hungry, you can consume a protein bar or healthy snacks. That way you can use it as long as you want. Things to note: Regular use is very important. Drinking plenty of water boosts metabolism and supports the weight loss process. You can support the process by adding physical activity (such as a 30-minute walk 3-4 days a week). It can be used without doing sports. With regular use, weight loss in the range of 2-3 kg per week can be supported.

Is it okay if we prepare it at night and drink it in the morning?
Answer from bahs.
Hi, Yes, you can make it overnight and drink it in the morning, but it is important to store it correctly. Things you should pay attention to: • Be sure to store it in the refrigerator. • Keep in a closed shaker or glass bottle. • Shake again before consuming in the morning (sediment may have formed). If you prepared it with plain water, it's usually not a problem. If you prepared it with milk or plant-based milk: * Keep it cold * Do not leave it for more than 8-10 hours If you added fruit (for example, banana), we do not recommend preparing it overnight; it would be healthier to add fresh fruit in the morning. In summary: You can prepare it overnight and consume it in the morning as long as it is stored in the refrigerator.

Hello, I am on a diet. If I prepare the powder with milk, will it cause weight gain? I prepare it with lactose-free milk, thinking that it will be more delicious and healthy with milk. I feed 2 meals a day, 1 is a breakfast meal and 1 is a normal meal.
