Hello, If you want to use meal powder with milk or yogurt for weight loss, it is important to adjust the measurements carefully. Here are the recommended measurements: Use with Milk: You can mix 1 scoop (60-90 g) of meal powder with 200-300 ml of half-fat or light milk. Light milk contains fewer calories than whole milk, which may be more suitable for the process of losing weight. Use with Yogurt: You can mix 1 scoop (60-90 g) of meal powder with 150-200 g of light yogurt. Since yogurt is denser, a smaller amount may be sufficient, plus it provides protein support and can keep you full longer. These measurements ensure that you prepare a meal that is both nutritious and low in calories, suitable for your weight loss goals.
