Product Q&As
can we consume it with yoghourt
Answer from bahs.
Hello, Yes, you can consume Bahs Meal Powder with yogurt. This method offers a practical and delicious alternative especially for our users who want to eat with a spoon. Things to consider when mixing with yogurt: You can mix 1 scoop (about 60 g) of meal powder with 1 bowl of yogurt. Since the consistency of the mixture may be thick, you can soften it by adding some water or vegetable milk if you wish. You can make it more enjoyable by adding healthy additions such as cinnamon, walnuts, fruit.

Is it suitable for fitness cut? What is the amount of carbohydrates in it?
Answer from bahs.
Hello, Yes, bet. Meal Powder is suitable for the fitness cut (fat burning and firming) process. Thanks to its high protein content, it helps prevent muscle loss while controlling calories. About the amount of carbohydrates: 1 full serving (60 g) of Bahs. Meal Powder contains approximately 20–25g of carbs. This amount provides energy for people who train and is not at a level that would negatively affect fat burning. Why is it suitable for cut? High protein content helps prevent muscle loss. A balanced carbohydrate ratio supports training performance. Low sugar content. Convenient for meal replacement, making daily calorie control easier. Recommended for use during a cut: Can be used as a meal replacement for 1-2 meals per day. Mixing with water helps keep calorie and carbohydrate intake lower. More effective when used in conjunction with weight and cardio exercises.
