Hello. Can I know the type of material and does it turn off automatically when the water inside runs out? Does it work wirelessly?
Answer from Torima
Hello, before using the product, make sure to wet the white sponge filter inside and place it back inside. Pull the rod inside, the filter sponge will come out, but when placing it back, make sure that the wide part of the spring wire inside is downwards. If you want the product to work without light, press and hold the on/off button. Do not try to drill the top of the product because it does not have a hole. The product gives off steam thanks to its metal part. You can add any scent you want into it, it will not damage the product. The product steam is single-stage, you can turn it off with the on-off button. the product works on charge

I don't understand this device very well. It works all day long, but sometimes it doesn't work, I turn it off completely, it waits for half an hour while charging, and then it works again. We couldn't figure out whether it was charged or not, it only works when plugged in.
