Hello, how do we place the cotton swab and what is it for?

    Answer from Dets

The spare filter that comes in the box is on its own filter, there is a video on the current page, you can check the main page of the store, there is a detailed video of the institution.

    Translated by Google

    Hello, is it loud?

    Answer from Dets

    Hello, the product works silently.

    Translated by Google

Hello, it is written here to put 3-4 drops of oil, but in the answers you wrote 15 drops, how much should we put, it will not be harmful? I put 4 drops but the oil doesn't feel good.

    Answer from Dets

Hello, it is important not to put more than 10 drops at a time to both prolong the use of the device and prevent headaches. Our store sells water-based fragrances. If you put a non-water-based oil-based fragrance in it, it will not mix with the water, it will clog the device, the filter will clog, and steam will not come out, damaging the device. After using the scent, it may feel like there is no scent after about 5 minutes. This is due to our sensitivity to the scent. In fact, there is a scent inside. Anyone who comes outside will notice the scent. Therefore, we recommend that you do not use excessive scent.

    gives hot steam

    Answer from Dets

Hello, no, it does not give hot steam, air humidifiers give cold steam.

    Translated by Google

Hello, is there anything wrong if we use the product as a night light without adding water?

    Answer from Dets

No, there won't be any problem, even if you press the steam button, it won't work. If there is no water inside, it will automatically shut off. You can use it as a light.

    Translated by Google

    Is there a lightless button?

    Answer from Dets

The light can work separately, this feature allows the light and steam to work separately. The steam button and light button are separate.

    Translated by Google

    Translated by Google

is it ok to put it on my bedside

Ideally placed near a heat source, about 1 to 2 meters away, this unit is designed for efficient heat distribution. Its airflow ensures warmth is spread evenly throughout the entire room.

Hello, I wonder how many Volts is the product?

    Answer from Dets

    Translated by Google

I wonder how big the chamber is?

    Answer from Dets

Hello, 350 ml is enough for 8 hours in intermittent working mode and 4 hours in continuous working mode. It works automatically when the water runs out. The light can also be used separately for the steam.

    Translated by Google

Hello, when I run the spring for a few hours, the surroundings always get wet. Why is that?

    Answer from Dets

Hello, it is recommended to invest in this free humidifier and heater. Putting it on a glass coffee table or something similar will make it work better. It is normal for there to be humidity around you.

    Translated by Google

Why is water leaking from the bottom?

    Answer from Dets

Hello, put water into the device, then put it on a fixed place and turn the lid completely closed. If you do so, it will sit and there will be no leakage of water.

    Translated by Google

I wonder how many cm is the base? I have a small space.

    Answer from Dets

Hello, welcome, it is measured by its capacity, not by its size.

Hello! I wonder how it would fit into the bedroom of a 95 square meter house, the size seems small and the bedroom is a bit big.

    Answer from Dets

Hello, it will be enough for the bedroom. It is effective for a 150 square meter area for the smell. The bedroom is 15 to 25 meters large for an average house.

    Translated by Google

Can this product be used without a filter?

    Answer from Dets

Hello, it is filtered, filtered products are available in our store in wood color, there are no unfiltered models in these models.

    Translated by Google

What are the dimensions of the filter used inside?

    Answer from Dets

Hello, you buy a 12 cm filter, put it next to the old filter, cut it with scissors of the same size, wet it and put it back in place. While doing this, be careful not to let the spring under the old filter fall.

    Translated by Google

Can we drop essence into my product? And if we drip it will it emit an odor

    Answer from Dets

Hello, the scent you put in it must be water-based. Solid scents based on oil will clog the filter and the device and cause it to malfunction.

    Translated by Google

Do we need to keep the filter wet all the time? Isn't it enough to just put water at the bottom?

    Answer from Dets

Hello, you only need to sell the filter for the first use. While doing this, there is a spring underneath, do not drop the spring or when you do not use it for a long time, you can re-wet the filter and continue using it. It is enough to soak it once.

    Translated by Google

Hello, will it work without a filter?

    Answer from Dets

Hello, it has a filter, it does not work without a filter.

    Translated by Google

Exactly how many hours does it steam when we fill the device exactly?

    Answer from Dets

Hello, it has an intermittent working mode, it sprays for 5 seconds and waits for 5 seconds. We generally recommend operating it in this mode. It lasts for about 7 hours on average. It automatically shuts off when the water runs out. If you don't put water again, it continues to work automatically. In continuous mode, you can use it for about 5 hours on average. We definitely do not recommend it for baby rooms.

    Translated by Google

Is the power input of the product Type-C?

    Answer from Dets

Hello, the product input is type-c and the other end is USB.

    Translated by Google

liquid & water quantity how many ml liters

    Answer from Dets

Hello, it has a capacity of 300 ml.

    Translated by Google

You say that if oil is added to the product, it will clog. What kind of oil should we put? We put 5 or 6 drops of lavender, ocean etc. scents in the small bottles we buy from you. Will they clog? You say put it in anyway.

    Answer from Dets

The products you buy from us are not puree or shortening. These are water based essences specially made for ambient scenting only. Completely dissolves in water upon addition, preventing clogging of filters or devices. It is sufficient to add a maximum of 10 drops per use. If the humidifier is not going to be used, the water inside should be poured out and the device should be cleaned. For example, if water is left inside the device for 5–7 days or even 10 days, it can accumulate and cause blockage in the filter.

    Translated by Google

After the product has been running for a while, it turns off while there is water.

    Answer from Dets

Hello, if the water level is too low, you can reset it by pressing and holding the operation button for about 15 seconds.

    Translated by Google

is it good for nasal congestion

    Answer from Dets

Hello, there are isotonic waters sold in pharmacies. With each use, add a quantity of 10 millimeters to the water in its reservoir and it will be opened within the same hour. Using isotonic water is both healthy and opens the nose and breathing passages.

    Translated by Google

What is the filter of the product in cm?

    Answer from Dets

Hello, you can buy a 11 centimeter filter, put it next to it and cut it with scissors. While doing that, there is a spring under the old wick. We are careful not to drop the spring.

    Translated by Google

The product has arrived, we have opened it now, I put the water and the smell, I wet the filter and only one light of the product is working and it does not give any steam.

    Answer from Dets

There is a spring at the bottom of the filter. Usually, customers drop the spring when removing the filter. Please check whether the spring is still there or there is a user manual inside the air humidifier. There is a customer support number here, you can call it.

    Translated by Google

Hello, are there star or planet reflections on the ceiling when the night lamp is on? I would be very happy if you answer me.

    Answer from Dets

Hello, it does not have such a feature, there is a video, you can watch the video on the home page.

    Translated by Google

Hello, the steam part is not working, what should I do?

    Answer from Dets

If the product is new, you need to wet the filter. While doing this, there is a spring under the filter. Be careful not to drop it, or if it falls, the device will not blow steam. It is available on the homepage without a video. If you have bought it before and it is not giving steam now, it is most likely that oil has been put in it. Oil cannot be put in. Environmental odors are put in these products. The oil clogs the filter and the device. If the device is clogged, remove the old filter, be careful not to let the spring underneath fall. You need to wipe the place where the filter is installed and the upper part with baking soda and vinegar, and put baking soda and vinegar inside. After rinsing it well, wet the new filter and install it in the same place without dropping the spring. It will probably work.

    Translated by Google

Hello, does it work while charging?

    Answer from Dets

    Hello, yes.

    Translated by Google

Hello, I wonder what the size of the filter inside is, I will buy the product accordingly, I also want to buy a spare filter.

    Answer from Dets

Hello, you can buy a 12 cm filter in our store, you can put it next to the previous filter and cut it with scissors, then you can use it.

    Translated by Google

    What are the filter dimensions?

    Answer from Dets

You need to buy a 10 cm filter, put it next to the old filter and cut it with scissors. The average length of this filter is 8-8.5 cm. You wet it and replace it. When removing the old filter, there is a spring at the bottom, be careful not to let it fall.

    Translated by Google

Hello, how many cm should I buy the filter? I will buy a spare filter from your page

    Answer from Dets

Hello, it will be enough to buy a 12 cm filter. When you put the filter you received next to the old filter, cut it with scissors, wet it and replace it, it will work normally. While doing this, there is a spring at the bottom of the old filter, make sure that the spring does not fall.
