    Hi it works with USB

    Answer from Dets

Hello, the product is used as a humidifier, it is not plastic.

    Translated by Google

how many square feet does it effect

    Answer from Dets

It would be enough for a room about 40 square feet

    Translated by Google

    How many liters of tank?

    Answer from Dets

Hello, it has a capacity of 330ml and lasts for 10 hours when working continuously.

    Translated by Google

Hello, how can I use the scent?

    Answer from Dets

It will be sufficient to put 10 drops into the water you put in it. After about 5 minutes, you may feel like there is no smell. This is due to our sensitivity to the smell. The smell will spread in the environment and anyone from outside will notice the smell directly.

    Translated by Google

I wake up in the morning with a dry mouth and nose and it affects my sleep. Will this product relieve this situation?

    Answer from Dets

Hello, Turn on your device in the evening before going to sleep. Do not add fragrance, use it only with steam. The effect will be sufficient with the door closed. You will feel the difference from the first night! Since your breathing slows down while you sleep, adding fragrance can irritate your throat. That's why we recommend using only pure steam.

    Translated by Google

Hello, is the product remote controlled?

    Answer from Dets

    Hello no it is not

    Translated by Google

    Is there a refill?

    Answer from Dets

It automatically turns off when the water runs out and continues to work when you add water again.

    Translated by Google

Hello, the lid of the product does not have to be turned, the user manual says to open and close it by turning it, but you close the lid like a sugar bowl I received, it does not lock when you twist it, if I want to lift it, you hold it from the top and the bottom opens, is this the case with my product? Is there something wrong with it?

    Answer from Dets

Hello, there is no problem with the product, a user manual is being sent, just put it on the cover will be enough, thank you for your interest.

What is the length of the plug?

    Answer from Dets

Hello, the filter is installed. You can watch videos with this product with filters. You can find mpdels without filters in our store.

    Translated by Google

Hello, when I use the product, it turns into water. Is it normal? I put a plate under it and a lot of drops accumulated, so I left it unused.

    Answer from Dets

Hello, the surface may be damp while playing, which is normal.

    Translated by Google

Does the product make any noise when it is running?

    Answer from Dets

Hello, it does not make any sound.

    Translated by Google

No, I'm asking about its diameter, its size.

    Answer from Dets

In these products, the door is also important, not the size. Working time, spraying time, etc. are related to these. The diameter and dimensions are written in detail in the description.

    Translated by Google

I wonder what diameter it is?

    Answer from Dets

It has a capacity of 330 ml. The water in it is sufficient for 4 to 6 hours. It automatically turns off when it is finished.

    Translated by Google

how many hours does it work

    Answer from Dets

Hi, it runs between 4 and 6 hours on average. It automatically shuts off when the water runs out and resumes operation when you refill it. You can use both the steam and light functions of the device separately or at the same time. We wish you pleasant shopping!

    Translated by Google

Hello my love, detailed information is given as a video here.

I don't understand how to use the cotton filter inside, how to install it, I don't want to break the machine.

    Answer from Dets

    Translated by Google

Can it be installed in a car? Is it suitable for use in a vehicle?

    Answer from Dets

Hello, it is generally used at home, the choice is up to you for car use.

    Translated by Google

How many drops of scent do we add to the water? 300 ml of water to give a nice scent.

    Answer from Dets

A maximum of 10 drops of essential water-based scents are put into these devices. Oil-based puree-style scents should definitely not be put in. These are fixed oils, so they can click. All scents sold in our store are water-based. After mixing the scent with water, if you are not going to use it for a long time, it would be more beneficial to drain the water and clean it for your air vents. It would be more beneficial to use it for a long time. There is absolutely no oil used in these devices.

    Translated by Google

When we first started the steam machine, it was producing steam very well, but when we started it the second time, it stopped producing steam. Why does this happen

    Answer from Dets

Hello, only water-based scents are put into these devices. Generally, customers have oil-based scents from different companies. Oil-based scents clog the device and the filter, so the device may break down and the filter may become clogged. What you need to do is to install a new filter. There is a spare filter in the box. You can wet this filter and put it back in place. There is a spring under the old filter. Make sure it does not fall out. They use water-based scents, which are available for sale in our store. If you put an oil-based scent in it, the device and the filter will become clogged and will not give off steam. Generally, products sold by herbalists and different companies get oily scents without paying attention to the customers. Oil-based scents do not work in these products and my device will break down.

    Translated by Google

Does it blow steam continuously or does it have a button to blow it intermittently?

    Answer from Dets

It can be adjusted with the continuous blowing or intermittent blowing mode buttons; if you want, it can blow continuously, or if you want, it blows intermittently.

    Translated by Google

Is it ok to use in a room with a newborn to humidify the air, water only

    Answer from Dets

Hello, we recommend that you use the device with water only for newborn babies. You can also find it in pharmacies under the name isotonic serum (physiological serum). You can add about 10ml to water each use. In this way, the baby's nose opens and breathes more comfortably. Don't put anything else in it at all except the serum. I use it the same for my newborn - very soothing and baby sleeps well.

    Translated by Google

Is it used only with a filter or can we use it with different scents? Can I use it by dropping it into water?

    Answer from Dets

Hello, oil cannot be put into this device, it puts ambient scents and the scents used must be water-based. All scents sold in our store are water-based. Scents that are not water-based will clog the filter and the device and will be out of warranty.

    Translated by Google

Can we put it on the table? Will it cause any damage?

    Answer from Dets

Hello, placing it near the radiator allows the hot air and steam to spread better into the environment. It would be better to have something plastic or glass at the bottom, because the bottom part may get damp.

    Translated by Google

If you buy natural oils in your account, are they suitable for use, such as giving a scent to the environment?

    Answer from Dets

Hello, our scents are water-based, you can buy them safely.

    Translated by Google

Does it come off when fully charged?

    Answer from Dets

The product works constantly plugged in and does not charge.

    Translated by Google

Hello, does the product need a filter other than filling with water and plugging it into the socket?

    Answer from Dets

Hello, here is the filter. It comes with a spare filter. It also has its own filter. You need to buy a new filter within an average of 3 to 6 months. Spare filters are sold in our store. There is a product video. We kindly ask you to watch the video.

    Translated by Google

Hi does it humidify the room from night to morning and light off when on?

    Answer from Dets

Hello, it works from night to morning, it automatically shuts off when the water runs out, the water inside is enough for an average of 10 hours, the light turns off or only the light works or only the steam works, the light and steam can work in months, it works silently and does not make any noise.

    Translated by Google

Hello, is it possible to add essential oil? You said it is based on it, how does that work?

    Answer from Dets

Hello, essential oils are divided into two types: water-based, meaning they dissolve in water and do not clog the filter, and there are also oil-based ones. These are products used on the skin or in different places. All the fragrances sold in our store are water-based. When you pour them into water, they dissolve in the water and do not clog the filter. If the products you buy from different places are oil-based, the filter will be clogged and the device may break down.

    Translated by Google

    hello how many ml

    Answer from Dets

Hello, the product holds 300 millimeters of water, it can work for 8 hours with an average continuous working interval of 6 hours, you can use the light and steam separately.

    Translated by Google

Does it have buttons for 1 hour, 2 hours etc.?

    Answer from Dets

Hello, there is no time adjustment feature. We have a wooden model in the shape of a large tulip in our store. This device is also available. You can find it on the home page. If you type in the converter, the materials appear in the shape of a tulip.

    Translated by Google

can we drop aromatherapy essential oil into the water?

    Answer from Dets

Hello, it is sufficient to add 5 drops for each use. Water-based scents are used, oil-based ones are not used as they clog the device. The scents in our store are water-based and suitable for air humidifier devices.

    Translated by Google

Hello, how many LED lights does the product have? Only white and yellow.

    Answer from Dets

The product video is available, please watch the video. The product color is cream, with LED light yellow.

    Translated by Google

Hi, does it work with the light off? What is the cable length?

    Answer from Dets

Hello, the product capacity is 300 millimeters, it works for an average of 8 hours, you can use it with the light off or on, it is multifunctional.

    Translated by Google

How many ml of water does it take? ?

    Answer from Dets

Hello, it has a water capacity of 300 ml. The average water capacity will be sufficient within 8 hours.

    Translated by Google

Hello, how do I use the scent and where should I drop it?

    Answer from Dets

Hello, when you use it every time you add water, it will be enough to put about 5 to 10 drops in it. If you put too much, the device will clog and people will start to have headache problems because the smell causes headaches when exposed excessively. After an average of 5 minutes, you may feel like there is no smell. This is due to our sensitivity to the smell.

    Translated by Google

Exactly how many ml water tank does it have?

    Answer from Dets

Hello, the water tank is 300 ml, it is enough water for 6 to 8 hours of continuous operation, it automatically shuts off when the water runs out.

    Translated by Google

good day, is there automatic shutdown available? Will there be any problems after putting water in it and sleeping or if I don't check it?

    Answer from Dets

When the water runs out, the device automatically shuts off the load, the light continues to burn, it stops working when the water runs out.

    Translated by Google

The product blows cold air. Is this normal?

    Answer from Dets

Hello Havva humidifiers blow cold steam, they do not heat up, you cannot put hot water in them, their working principle is ultrasonic, there is no water heating etc.
