Product Q&As
Is there any harm in consuming it by dripping it into water?
Answer from Elis Kybele
Hello, First of all, thank you for your interest in our products. You can safely inhale our Grapefruit Oil product and consume it as food. Just put 1-2 drops in 1 cup of water is enough. We recommend consuming 1 teaspoon of black cumin oil by dripping it into your favorite beverage for optimal enjoyment. If you plan to use it on your skin, we definitely recommend diluting it with a carrier oil (such as coconut oil, jojoba oil, or sweet almond oil). We wish you healthy days.
