Instructions for Use/Warnings
You can add 1 teaspoon to your daily diet. You can also dilute Thistle Oil with 1 cup of water and consume it. Topically, it can be applied by massaging in mixtures. It can be used in applications that will not be exposed to heat in the kitchen (such as salad dressings). Pay attention to the total daily dose for internal use. You can use it to dilute the essential oils you use for skin care. Especially for topical use, diluting it with a durable carrier oil will extend the shelf life of the product.
