Doesn't the mrb product have a straw in it? When he drinks, he will put the straw separately into it and drink it. I will buy it for the child. Will the straw come out automatically when you open the lid?
Answer from FAGEL FENIX
Hello, there are 3 different sections on the product cover. There is a silicone pipette inside the section indicated by the dark green mark. When the lid in this section is lifted, the straw does not come out and is not visible from the outside. It is suitable for cold drinks. The other area has only the lid, no straw under the lid. It is designed for hot drinks. Finally, there is a removable straw area in the middle of the lid. Users who wish can consume their cold drinks with the straws sent along with the product in this way. When not intended to use, it is enough to cover the silicone cover. We wish you healthy days and pleasant shopping.

Can I put boiling water into the product? Will it damage the lid?
Answer from FAGEL FENIX
Hello. You definitely should not put boiling water in it. For safety reasons, liquids should not be placed at temperatures above 50 degrees Celsius, rather than damaging the product. We wish you healthy days.

Well, for example, when we put it in a bag, will it leak if it turns upside down?
Answer from FAGEL FENIX
Hello. It is important to keep the silicone stopper of the section where the pipette is attached closed when the pipette is not in use. When the silicone stopper is fully closed, there will be no leakage.

Hello, I am a teacher and I am looking for a thermos that I can easily carry with me at school, especially to keep hot drinks warm throughout the day. I came across this product. I wonder how long it keeps warm and you said it has three uses. I wonder what it is. I don't quite understand why there are two drinking points other than the straw.
Answer from FAGEL FENIX
Hello. Our Vibrant Forest model has a minimum of 6 hours of heat retention. We think it will easily meet your needs during your working hours. The cover design has been designed considering 3 different interior options. One of the lids is designed for hot drinks. There is a hidden pipette under the other lid. This section is designed for you to comfortably consume your cold drinks. The silicone section in the exact middle of the lid is designed for use with a straw. If you wish, you can also use this section with your non-integrated straws that come with the water bottle. Inside the package; there is a water bottle, spare cap gasket, short strap, long strap, and 2 pipettes. We hope you will enjoy using it.
