I love it, of course it leaks, but that's inevitable in every straw thermos, so it's practical to carry in your hand.

**** **** - 11 June 2025

Hello, this straw thermos of ours can spill because the straw placement is a hole, but our straw thermoses no:83 and no:84 have just entered our stock, you can easily buy them in the bag without spilling.

Since the straw on the lid is both long and its edges are open, air will be allowed in. What is the logic behind this?

**** **** - 30 December 2025

Purchased this item

Answer from Espressolab

Hello, the reason why the straw remains in a certain space inside the lid in the straw lid design is to ensure air circulation while drinking and to enable the liquid to flow smoothly. When the lid is closed, the sealing gaskets engage, preventing any leakage from the product. The long pipette is designed to provide comfortable use at different fill levels. There is no problem when the product is properly closed and used in a flat position. If you experience any leaks or usage issues, we're happy to help. For your information, we wish you a good day.

Translated by Google

Hello, does the straw leak from its place when it is attached to the bag?

**** **** - 14 June 2025

Answer from Espressolab

Hello, yes, this thermos with a straw does, but our thermoses with straws no:83 and no:84 do not.

Translated by Google

If I don't put the straw on, is there something like a stopper to put it there? Also, how many hours does it keep hot or cold? Or does it put hot? Does it have a structure like a thermos or like a glass? I'm wondering if I'm going to buy a thermos for the first time.

**** **** - 4 June 2025

Answer from Espressolab

Hello, there is no stopper for the straw, it keeps the temperature hot and cold for up to 6 hours.
