I wonder what are the cold times?
Answer from FAGEL FENIX
Hello, the flask is double-walled stainless steel and will keep your drinks hot for a minimum of 6 hours and cold for 18 hours. We wish you healthy days and happy shopping.

Hello, is there a limit to how hot a drink can be put? Will hot drinks damage the thermos?
Answer from FAGEL FENIX
Hello. We would like to strongly emphasize that you should maintain the liquid at a temperature of up to 50 degrees Celsius. The flask is resistant to higher temperatures, but the precautions we have mentioned are important due to the dangers that pressure caused by temperature will create. It is important to ensure that all caps and the stopper are completely sealed during use. We wish you pleasant shopping.

Answer from FAGEL FENIX
Hello, there will be no leakage when the flask lid gasket is installed. You can use it safely. We wish you healthy days and pleasant shopping.

Does it rust with use?
Answer from FAGEL FENIX
Hello, the flask is double-layered stainless steel. Inner layer is SUS304, outer layer is SUS201. There will be no rust problem. You can use it safely. We wish you healthy days and pleasant shopping.

Hello, does this Thermos or the 700 ml one have more heat retention?
Answer from FAGEL FENIX
Hello, our Triple Sip series is entirely double-layered stainless steel. Our 710 ml Vibrant Forest and Dune Rose models of this series are made of SUS304 stainless steel both inside and out. And for our 600ml Pale peach model, the inner layer is SUS304 and the outer layer is SUS201. Therefore, our 710 ml models are heavier, but their heat retention capacity is higher. You can choose with confidence. We wish you healthy days and pleasant shopping.

Will there be any problems with discoloration or leakage with use?
Answer from FAGEL FENIX
Hello, Our model is guaranteed to be leak-proof. It is sent with a spare gasket for long-term use. Do not wash the hydrometer in the dishwasher. This situation can both cause scratches and reduce its thermal function. Inside the package, next to the water bottle, you'll find a hand strap, a shoulder strap, two straws, and a spare gasket. We wish you healthy days and pleasant shopping.
