Can we pour serum physiology into it and run it?
Answer from Farmahanem
Hi, this product is a humidifier/aromatherapy device; not a nebulizer. We do not recommend putting physiological serum in its chamber. The salt in the physiological saline may form residue in the device and damage the operating system of the device. The appropriate water specified in the user manual should be used in the chamber. If physiological saline is to be used for inhalation purposes, a suitable nebulizer should be chosen for this.

Hello; How many square meters room is the product suitable for? Thanks
Answer from Farmahanem
Hello, the ideal room size for this device is approximately 10 – 20 m². The 2-liter water capacity and steam output can easily increase the humidity level in rooms of this size. It can also be used in larger rooms; however, the increase in humidity will be slower and you may need to run the unit for a longer period of time to achieve the desired effect.

How do we fix the light
Answer from Farmahanem
Hello sir, there is no such setting.
Translated by Google
Where is the steam setting? There are only 2 buttons on the front, one is light and the other is on/off.
Answer from Farmahanem
Hello, it's touch, sir.
Translated by Google
Hello, I wonder how many square meters it is effective for?
Answer from Farmahanem
Hello, it can be used efficiently in small and medium-sized rooms, in areas of approximately 10-20 m².
Translated by Google
Doesn't it have a remote control?
Answer from Farmahanem
hello no sir.

if it is top filling. Does the top cover come out completely wide or not? Do we put water through a narrow section like the mouth of a bottle? Since the water inlet of the old steam engine was narrow, it was not possible to clean the inner chamber, so a slippery mossy layer formed, we could not clean it, that's why I'm asking. Can the chamber be easily cleaned by hand or brush?
Answer from Farmahanem
Hello, the top cover comes off, sir, you can fill it from there, you can only clean it by passing it through water.

Does it have the ability to humidify and purify the air?
Answer from Farmahanem
Hello, thank you for your interest. This product has the ability to humidify the ambient air and helps balance dry air with ultrasonic steam technology. However, it does not have an air purification (filter) feature that cleans the dust, smoke or germs by filtering them. Thanks to its aromatherapy feature, you can also spread a pleasant scent to the environment with suitable essential oils. We wish you healthy days.

Hello, How many milliliters is the steam capacity on the watch? How many db is the volume? Suitable for how many square feet of space?
Answer from Farmahanem
Hello, the product has an ultrasonic working principle. The hourly steam output is not specified by the manufacturer in net ml/hour, but with its 2-liter tank and multi-stage setting, it provides sufficient and balanced humidification for daily use. Ultra-quiet operation, suitable for night use (dB value is not shared). It can be used efficiently in small and medium-sized rooms, in areas of approximately 10-20 m².
Translated by Google
Hello, how many hours can I use 2 liters?
Answer from Farmahanem
Hello, thanks to its large 2-liter water tank, the device can work uninterruptedly for an average of 8-12 hours depending on the selected steam level. It provides long-lasting and balanced humidification at a low level, while offering a more intense steam output at a high level. This way, it offers a practical and comfortable experience for both night and day use.

Does it make much difference between 2 levels and 6 levels? Does the water run out faster when using the 6th level?
Answer from Farmahanem
Hello, the main difference between the 2-stage and 6-stage settings of the product is the density level of the steam output. 2nd stage: Provides lower steam flow. Water lasts longer. It may be sufficient for rooms that need less humidity. 6th stage: Produces stronger/denser steam. The room humidifies faster. Water may run out quicker because it outputs more. So, yes, the water tank will empty faster when using the 6th stage as it produces a higher steam output. If you want long-term use and more balanced humidification, you can choose medium or low levels.

Is it possible to put hot water? What is the difference between hot and cold water?
