    Answer from Akıllıphone

Hello, there is a light on the manual device.

    Translated by Google

Can it be used in summer? is it ok if the glass is open the device works

    Answer from Akıllıphone

    Hello, yes it will fit

    Translated by Google

It has been 2 days since I bought the product. While the product is working at high setting, it turns on and off every 10 seconds. When it is at medium setting, it gives very little air and the air comes out every 5 seconds. It does not give continuous air. There is water in the lower chamber. I wonder why this happens, I am waiting for an answer.

    Answer from Akıllıphone

Hello sir, have you removed the sponge under the water tank?

    Translated by Google

Is there an LED off button?

    Answer from Akıllıphone

Hello sir, it is always burning.

    Translated by Google

The device worked fine for two days, now there is no steam coming out, too much water is flowing into the lower chamber and it is overflowing, what should I do?

    Answer from Akıllıphone

Hello sir, have you removed the sponge under the water tank?

    Translated by Google

Hello, do we drip essential oil into the scent stone?

    Answer from Akıllıphone

Hello, you can drop it into the lower chamber, sir.

    Translated by Google

Hello, there is a place where we install the water tank, and even before using it for the first time, I took out the gelatin from there (your video said so), and the water fills up there. Is this normal? Do we need to clean both the chamber and the bottom of the product? Also, if I wanted to put oil, there is a round area where we remove the gelatin, we attach the water tank there - where should we put the oil there? Thanks

    Answer from Akıllıphone

Hello, Yes, the situation you are talking about is completely normal. There is a gelatin/plug-like protective piece in the water tank of the product, which is placed to prevent leakage during shipment and needs to be removed before first use. The video also shows removal for this reason.

    Translated by Google

Hello, it has been a short time since I bought the product, the red light turns on when there is water inside and it stops, I turn it on and off again, it works, is it normal? If this is not available, does it give an error that will cause the machine to break down?

    Answer from Akıllıphone

Hello, is it possible to fill water into the lower chamber?

    Translated by Google

    Doesn't the light turn off?

    Answer from Akıllıphone

Hello sir, the light does not turn off when it is working.

    Translated by Google

Does it smell in a 100 m2 shop?

    Answer from Akıllıphone

Hello, it may not be enough for 100m2, we recommend you to buy two, sir.

    Translated by Google

If we put a scent in it, will it smell the shop?

    Answer from Akıllıphone

Hello, you can drop a few drops of essential oil, sir.

    Translated by Google

The steam outlet filled with water is very good. There is a small yellow light on the adjustment button, but there is no other light. Is there an adjustment setting?

    Answer from Akıllıphone

Hello, you can adjust it from the adjustment button on the front, sir.

    Translated by Google

The light is not on, how does it turn on and off inside?

    Answer from Akıllıphone

Hello sir, have you filled the water tank?

    Translated by Google

In the video, it says to drip the flying oil into the bottom chamber, the sumu accumulates there, that's why I'm asking, I use the blue air humidifier of this brand, but a lot of water accumulates at the bottom and it leaks water, if it's the same, I won't buy it, so I won't waste my money.

    Answer from Akıllıphone

Hello, this model does not have such problems, sir.

    Translated by Google

Hello, how is it cleaned and what water should it be?

    Answer from Akıllıphone

Hello, It is very easy to clean. The top-fill water tank is detachable. Simply rinse the tank with warm water and wipe it clean with a soft cloth. It is recommended to clean the tank once a week (or more frequently in case of intensive use) with water + a small amount of vinegar or a moisturizing cleaning solution, and then rinse it. The electronic part of the device should not be exposed to water, just wipe it with a dry cloth. Water to use: We recommend using drinking water or preferably purified/distilled water. If the tap water is calcareous, it may cause scale in the long run, so purified water is more appropriate. You can use it this way for smooth and long-lasting use.
