Product Q&As
Hello, is it okay if I swallow it?
Answer from DHM
It won't be a problem if you swallow it, sir.

I used a brand's set but it didn't work at all. I don't use cigarettes or anything like that. I bought it to whiten the color of my teeth. If I buy these gels, will they definitely whiten? ?
Answer from DHM
Sir, our user has not made a worse return. It is white. If you do not have UV light and a record, we have the set in our store.

I wonder if it is permanent or does it last for a day?
Answer from DHM
Sir, it would be healthier for you to apply it three times a week.

My real question is actually. If I don't finish one syringe within two months, will the gel spoil? How long can I keep it in the refrigerator? I don't use it very often because I don't need it. Enjoy your work :)
Answer from DHM
Sir, you need to use the syringe within three weeks after opening it, because the syringe gets air and the gel becomes watered. You can keep unopened syringes for as long as you want.

Hello, when I first used it, it started to burn my lips and outer skin slightly. Is it normal?
Answer from DHM
Yes sir, it is normal and has been seen by most of our customers who use it.

Do I need to do anything after using the gel?
Answer from DHM
Sir, you need to use UV light.
Translated by Google
Hello, do we need to use this product with its light or is it suitable to apply it directly?
Answer from DHM
You need to use it with light sir

Answer from DHM
Sir, it is attached to its tip to prevent it from getting air after use.

How many days is 1 injector? how many cc should be used daily or once a week gel
Answer from DHM
Sir, you will squeeze it like you would squeeze toothpaste into your dreams, one syringe lasts approximately 3 times.

hi, after we put this on our teeth one by one we have to put our own blue light tool on it right?
Answer from DHM
Yes sir, it is used that way.

Is it normal for the gel to burn my lips and tongue? When I applied the gel, I felt an extreme burning sensation in my mouth.
Answer from DHM
It is normal sir, avoid excessive use. Does it burn your plaque and UV rays when using it?
Translated by Google
And how many minutes we have to wait with the machine
Answer from DHM
Hello sir, just wait 15-20 minutes with the machine, have a nice day.
