Sir, is there no red light on this? I couldn't manage to turn it on, or is it just blue? If so, can you describe how to turn on the red light?
Answer from Teknoraks
Hello, the blue light in our product is the main function that performs whitening, and the operation can be completed by using it alone. The red light is used after the whitening process to soothe the gums and reduce any sensitivity that may occur. To activate the red light, you can try pressing the on/off button once more while the device is running (the blue light is on), quickly clicking twice, or holding it down for 2-3 seconds. We wish you a nice day.
