Product Q&As
Hello, I want to buy this along with the teeth whitening gel, I also want it for my lower teeth, I think I need to buy 2 so that I can apply it in both places, is it correct?
Answer from Dentalpazar
Hello sir, yes, if you are going to use it on the lower teeth, you should buy 2 pieces.

If I buy 2 pieces, can I create plaque for both my upper and lower teeth? I will use the plaque for teeth whitening.
Answer from Dentalpazar
Yes sir you can use it ❤️

The black outer plate mold is not mm according to our side. Shouldn't we leave it with a gel gap for the whitening gel and leave it as it is? How should we do that process?
Answer from Dentalpazar
No sir, you do not need to leave any gel gap, the gel will distribute inside the mold according to your tooth structure.

There is no user manual included with the product, how to use it?
Answer from Dentalpazar
Hello sir, you immerse it in water close to boiling for 6-7 seconds and place it immediately behind your upper teeth. You mold your tooth into an n shape by pressing your finger. Afterwards, you make it ready for use by cutting off the remaining record holder in the front part. You only need to do this process the first time, then the plaque takes the shape of your outer structure and you can use it many times.

Hello. Is this record sufficient for me to buy and use the teeth whitening gel or does the dentist have to make a mold based on my own teeth? Thank you.
Answer from Dentalpazar
You can use teeth whitening gel with this plaque, sir. You can easily prepare it according to your own teeth at home.

Can it be used inside the lower teeth? I want it inside the lower teeth.
Answer from Dentalpazar
