Product Q&As
Hello. It says the size is 32×40, but it came square, I measured it and it's like 37×37.
Answer from YUVOL
Hello, there was no 37x37 option when listing the product. Had to pick the close one

Good luck first of all. It says that the outer material is wool, but won't it itch the child? Do you have an option for cotton fabric on the outside?
Answer from YUVOL
The outside is cotton fabric

What is the reason why it is unwashed wool? May I know why you do not prefer it washed and what is its use?
Answer from YUVOL
Unwashed sheep wool retains heat better due to the natural lanolin oil on it. Therefore, it can provide warmth in areas such as the waist, neck, and knees, offering a sense of relaxation. When washed, this natural oil diminishes and its effect decreases. In addition, it is preferred to be washed without washing, as it is more durable in felt making, filling materials and handicrafts.
