**** **** - 16 September 2025

Answer from DAS YÜN

Translated by Google

Hello, the knees are quite thick, can these work, please help, thank you.

**** **** - 2 October 2025

Answer from DAS YÜN

It can be opened up to 54-55 cm with its velcro and elastic device. You can evaluate your kneecap by measuring it in full circle.

If I apply tail oil cream and put this on it, will I have hygiene problems with constant use? Will I benefit if I put it on a bandage? Does it need to come into contact with the skin to benefit?

**** **** - 12 February 2024

Answer from DAS YÜN

Hello Our first recommendation for use is to have it in contact with the skin. But of course, if you prefer aromatic oils, you can either use a napkin or an extra cover.

Hello, I will buy the product for my mother, but I am not sure. Her legs were extremely swollen after the surgery. Are the binding strings long enough or a standard size? ?

**** **** - 17 January 2024

Answer from DAS YÜN

Our product has both velcro and elastic, but is it possible to give measurements based on the kneecap? We would like to give more clear information.

Translated by Google

Hello, I want to buy it for my mother, who is 80 years old, for knee pain and to keep her warm. Her knee measurement is 48 cm when standing, and 52 cm when sitting. I know it has velcro, but wouldn't it fit these measurements? He walks a little at home during the day. Will it slide down as he walks?

**** **** - 21 December 2025

Answer from DAS YÜN

Hello Our product is both velcro and elastic, and is prepared as standard. In the final stage, it can be opened to 52-53 cm. 48 cm is easily suitable for use.

Translated by Google

Are they all the same size? Are there any larger sizes?

**** **** - 2 October 2026

Answer from DAS YÜN

Hello Our product is designed with both hook-and-loop fasteners (like Velcro) and elastic bands. In the final stage, the knee pad can be a full 55 cm in circumference.

Translated by Google

Hello, is the product only available in white? I saw it in black on your page, but it is not available here. I'm thinking of buying it for my mother, but can we wash it when it gets dirty?

**** **** - 9 February 2025

Answer from DAS YÜN

Hello Yes, it was also available in black. But our black fabric stocks are currently out of stock. We are waiting for news from the seller.

Translated by Google
