Product Q&As
Is it compartmentalized?
Answer from Valkyrie
Hello, the product consists of sets and separate containers. Each of the inner chambers can be used separately.

Is it suitable for heating in a bain-marie at work or is there a problem if it is heated on the stove?
Answer from Valkyrie
Hello, the product is not suitable for heating directly on the stove. The bain-marie method is not recommended as it can also damage the product. It should be used to preserve hot food.
Translated by Google
It is said that the brand's two-layered and other heat-insulated bag products do not have a thermos feature, but their features are always different from theirs, so am I understanding it correctly?
Answer from Valkyrie
Hello, this model helps maintain the food temperature for a while thanks to its stainless steel inner chamber and insulated structure. Material and insulation structure may differ with other means of transport. The thermos feature does not mean it will keep the temperature constant for an unlimited time.
