Product Q&As
Do I need to put hot water?
Answer from Aşkana Shop
Hello. Putting hot water in the lower section allows the food to be kept at a higher temperature for a longer time. However, it would be better to try both methods yourself and experience which one will be suitable for you. With respect and love, we wish you a happy Sunday.

Hello, good evening.. Does this product have a leak-proof feature? does each container have a silicone seal?
Answer from Aşkana Shop
Hello. Yes, the product is non-leakable. The lid is closed by turning it in a screw-like motion. It has a steam release silicone. However, there is no silicone rubber inside the cover.

Do your products have vacuum sealing? How long does it keep warm?
Answer from Aşkana Shop
Hello. Yes, it has vacuum sealing. It has a feature to keep warm within a range of 2-4 hours. Putting hot water between the inner chamber and the plastic will extend the temperature and duration of the preservation. With love

I have two questions: 1-Is it suitable for machine washing? 2- Is the keeping warm time 2-4 hours without adding hot water? How much should we pour when it is added and how many minutes after it is added?
Answer from Aşkana Shop
Hello. Yes, the product is suitable for washing in the dishwasher. Especially the steel material inside can be used in the dishwasher for a long time. One disadvantage of washing in the dishwasher may be the erasure of the brand written on the plastic cabin. Not putting hot water in the product helps it maintain the temperature of the food for about 2 hours. If you use hot water, you can extend this time up to 4 hours. We wish you a happy weekend
