Product Q&As
Hello, can it be heated in the toaster?
Answer from To&Do Online Shop
Hello, heating is not recommended. Because the Cherry Core Pillow is directly exposed to heat, which can cause it to burn. The correct heating method will be sufficient to heat it in the microwave for 2 minutes or in the oven at 150 degrees for 5-7 minutes. We wish you enjoyable shopping and healthy days.

Hello, cherry seed products arrived today. The seeds are falling off from one of them, but that's not a problem. They can be ripped and sewn. I had a question in my mind: these can never be washed, and do the seeds show the same effect every time they are heated?
Answer from To&Do Online Shop
Hello, first of all, we would like to apologize for the negativity you experienced. We missed it at the time of production :( .Affola... Each heating has the same effect, of course, if you want to wash it, you can wash it by hand in warm water. I wish you healthy days..

does it get hot on the pan
Answer from To&Do Online Shop
Hello Sir, The pan gives direct heat and the kernels can easily burn or explode. The fabric also risks charring and catching fire. Also, the heat is not evenly distributed, some gets too hot while others stay cold. We recommend using it by heating it in the microwave or oven. We wish you pleasant shopping and healthy days.

How long does it take to cool down after heating
Answer from To&Do Online Shop
Hello, it gets hot for half an hour and 45 minutes, then since the kernels are warm, it can be reheated quickly in the microwave or oven and becomes usable again. I wish you pleasant shopping and healthy days.
