We recommend that you take care not to overheat it. We hope you enjoy it in healthy days.

Good day, I heated my product in the microwave for 2 minutes, and since the cores were burning, there were marks on the fabric. I didn't mind it. When I put it in the microwave again after 1 hour, a fire broke out and the product caught fire. What is it welded from?

Hello, we are very sorry for the negativity you experienced. There was probably a problem due to the microwave plate not fitting properly and the plate not turning properly during heating. We kindly ask you to contact us via brochure.

How many minutes should I put the burning fabric in the microwave?
Answer from To&Do Online Shop
Hello, it is made of 100% cotton fabric suitable for heating in the microwave oven. Due to its cotton structure, it does not burn in the microwave. You can heat it in the microwave for a minute and use the product. Due to the power of some microwave ovens, one minute is not enough. In such a case, you can extend the heating time by 30 seconds or 60 seconds by trying. The most important thing you need to pay attention to when using in the microwave is to make sure the microwave plate is fully rotated. If the plate does not turn and the furnace constantly beams from one point, then in this case it will be able to burn the fabric by puncture from one point. We wish you pleasant shopping.

Hi, does this work for ear pain too?
Answer from To&Do Online Shop
Hello, if you have pain in your ear due to inflammation, you can relieve it with a warm compress. In this regard, our product is suitable for you. However, doctor's advice will always be our priority. If your doctor recommends hot or cold compresses for your complaints, you can use our product very effectively by heating it or keeping it in the freezer. We wish you pleasant shopping.

Answer from To&Do Online Shop
Hello sir, heating the pillows containing cherry seeds in the microwave or oven and placing them on your baby's stomach and underfoot areas will relieve colic. You can use it by heating it for 5-7 minutes at 150 degrees in a normal oven or 1.5-2 minutes in a microwave. To reduce fever, it can also be used as a cold compress by keeping it in the freezer for 30 minutes. We wish you pleasant shopping and healthy days.

Hello, can we use the product by heating it with an iron? Thank you.
Answer from To&Do Online Shop
Hello, it is not possible for our product to heat with a source that can heat up due to interference from the outer layer, as the cherry seeds inside our product need to retain and then transmit heat again. So it will not be effective like a microwave or regular oven. We don't want to waste your money in this way. We think that applying a small amount of heated iron towel to the desired heating area will provide more benefits. We wish you pleasant shopping.

Answer from To&Do Online Shop

Hello, does it give as much warmth as a hot water bottle when it gets hot? I want to buy it for adult use and I want it a little too hot, so I wanted to ask.. Good work
Answer from To&Do Online Shop
Hello, you can make it as hot as a hot water bag or even hotter. You can increase the microwave time by 20 seconds and make it hotter. If it is not enough, you can increase it for another 20 seconds. But there is an important point here. With the natural round structure of the cherry pit and the shape of the cloth bag form, it already has the ability to conduct much more heat than a hot water bag. So you probably won't be able to stand it even if you heat it hotter because it conducts heat much more to the place it comes into contact with :) The fact that it conducts heat very well and does this over a large area creates a disadvantage. The cooling time will be shorter because it conducts heat to you very well. However, it will be very easy to reuse as it heats up very quickly and easily in the microwave. We wish you a pleasant shopping experience
