Theraband Red Exercise Pilates Band Resistance Rubber 1.5 Meters

Product description

The amount of resistance in the bands is determined by the force generated when the band's resting length is doubled. for example, a 50 cm red band reaches 100% tension when stretched to 100 cm, at which point the resistance is approximately 1.8 kg. the appropriate band color/resistance level depends on your physical fitness. choose the band that allows you to perform 15 repetitions. skin-colored and yellow bands are generally used for rehabilitation purposes (post-operative use). protective exercise programs for women typically use red and green bands. men generally use green and blue bands, and should transition to the black band as they progress. silver and gold bands are used in competitive sports.
