Product Q&As

What exactly does the product do?

Answer from TearNow CIARVEN Group

Hello, our product prevents the inner plastic parts of the items you put under your saddle from being scratched and easily reduces 90% of the noise caused by the items. Our goal is to increase your driving comfort and protect the inner parts against deformations.

Translated by Google

What is the thickness of the product?

Answer from TearNow CIARVEN Group

Hello, it is 5mm.

Translated by Google

Hello good day, how to use the product, can you give information about the use of the product under the saddle? Good work

Answer from TearNow CIARVEN Group

It is necessary to paste Sir, yes, you can see the product detail more clearly from the product description and photo

Translated by Google

Is there anything in the armpit?

Answer from TearNow CIARVEN Group

This product is designed to be mounted under the seat.

Translated by Google

There is no such material as matte. plastic, polyeteran or carpet flex? What is the material?

Answer from TearNow CIARVEN Group

Our 3mm thick non-woven automotive felt product has a thread reinforced adhesive on the back and remove the adhesive to the correct position, the product is laser cut so it is exactly compatible.

Translated by Google

does the product block the heat from the engine?

Answer from TearNow CIARVEN Group

Hello, our product is 3mm thick and we do not think it will have much of an effect.

Translated by Google

Hello, when the engine is washed, water inevitably gets into the armpit. How does this goat dry when it gets wet? Does it smell?

Answer from TearNow CIARVEN Group

Hello. Normally, the saddle bottom should not get excessively wet. This product was produced from tightly woven felt. It doesn't absorb water right away. You need to hold the water on top well and wait. A few drops of water is not a problem at all

Translated by Google

Is it easy to remove after pasting? Does it leave stains or marks?

Answer from TearNow CIARVEN Group

Hello, you can easily remove it when you want to remove it, there may be small adhesives left, if you wipe it with a damp cloth, it will easily pass and will not leave a permanent mark.

Translated by Google

Master, it would be great if you could measure and cut it according to most bag models, it would be bad if there is gluing on both the bottom and the top from the inside.

Answer from TearNow CIARVEN Group

We will work harder on this, thank you for your feedback, and we look forward to your comments and evaluation of the product.

Translated by Google

Is the product easy to apply?

Answer from TearNow CIARVEN Group

Sure, you peel off the adhesive on the back and apply it. 6 pieces available, 3 are smaller than a palm.
