GP KOMPOZİT Honda Pcx 125 / 150 2025-2026 Compatible Phone / Navigation Holder Black

I installed the product, it has very solid metal quality. It looked very nice aesthetically

The product in the GP product group that I bought from your store was first delivered to me visibly deformed and crooked. I requested an exchange by contacting you and sent the first product back. However, the second product sent to me for exchange arrived similarly crooked and defective. Due to communication disruptions from the beginning of the process, my constant struggle with shipping and exchange processes, and the fact that your company does not have to deal with the hassle of providing quality control; In order not to waste time again, I had to assemble the second product even though I knew it was defective. In accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502; I have been victimized by having defective/defective products sent to me twice in a row. The seller is obligated to deliver goods without defects. Even if it is assembled, the responsibility for the defective goods with the source of production / product defect belongs to the company. Due to the continuous delivery of defective products and the inconvenience experienced; I request that this defective / crooked part be refunded (or replaced with a flawless / flawless new one that will resolve my inconvenience). In case of a negative response to my request, I inform you that I will apply to the Consumer Arbitration Board through e-government in accordance with the first and second defective product images and message records. I request you to do what is necessary.

It didn't last for a week and broke
