Hello, is there a temperature adjustment on the tap? The product I used before was too hot so it wouldn't be too hot, our hands were burning.
Answer from EvTekno-TY
You can adjust the water flow by turning the on/off lever to increase or decrease the amount of water flowing.

I was thinking of using it in a caravan. Currently, there is also a shower head and switch at the end of the fountain. when you turn it to one side. Water flows from the shower head. When you turn it the other way, it comes from the fountain.
Answer from EvTekno-TY
Unfortunately, the pressure from the water tank in the caravan will not be sufficient, the tap cannot perform the heating process, and the caravan is not suitable for use.

Hello, can the hot water flow continuously, or does hot water only flow for a few seconds?

Hot water flows continuously.

The light doesn't come on when plugged in. Will it burn when water comes?
Answer from EvTekno-TY
Did you install the faucet? Did you hook up the water?
Translated by Google
How much electricity does it use and what do you mean by bottom entry? Do you mean the plug or the water?
Answer from EvTekno-TY
It has 3300 watts of energy consumption. When we say bottom entry, we mean water entry.

Outside air temp is 10. The degree of the 12 degree faucet does not go above 43 degrees. Even though I turn the tap water down to the degree of closure, it is only 43 degrees. What will happen when the temperature outside is zero degrees tomorrow? Then the hot water tap will be useless, it is not doing its job anyway.
Answer from EvTekno-TY
It's more the temp of the mains water than the outside air temp. Heats up to 35-40 degrees in these seasons when the water is very cold. Heats up to 55-60 degrees Celsius during the summer months when tap water is relatively warmer. There is a small resistance inside the faucet that consumes approximately 3200 watts of energy. Therefore, it's not possible for the heater tap to heat water like a water heater or thermosiphon.

plastic or metal?
Answer from EvTekno-TY
It is not metal. It is made of ABS.

How tall is the faucet? How many cm is the flat part on top?
Answer from EvTekno-TY
When you install the faucet, it is about 23 cm high from the floor. The length of the upper movable head is approximately 15 cm.

There is hot and cold water inlet, is it normal?
Answer from EvTekno-TY
No, the faucet has only one inlet. So it only has a cold water input. You can use the cold water that enters the faucet either as cold or as hot water by switching it to hot mode if you want.
