    Is there a temperature setting

Answer from SICAK MUSLUK SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED Ş

The temperature adjustment is made by adjusting the amount of flowing water. It is set to warm when it is low and lukewarm or cold when it is high...

Answer from SICAK MUSLUK SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED Ş

Because there is no light in the devices

    Translated by Google

I started using the product, but it splashes a lot of water, what can be done about it other than turning down the valve? Because everything you wash around is splashing dirty, clean chemical everything, this made me very uncomfortable... And the hot side gets very hot, it burns your hands and prevents washing. Isn't it possible to reduce the heat level?

Answer from SICAK MUSLUK SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED Ş

Hello, there is a filter at the tip of the faucet where the water flows, according to the working system of the faucet, and you can try to remove that filter and use it. It is not very noticeable in hot weather, but using it this way in cold weather will reduce the heating performance of the faucet. If you have not chosen a faucet with dimensions suitable for the place you are using, if the water flow is coming from too high, there may be splashing. The faucet heats according to the flow rate of the water, when you turn on the water less, you decrease the highest degree of hot water, as you increase the water, it continues towards the heat. If the amount of incoming water is low, the heating may be excessive, it is related to your source, there is no heat setting.

Answer from SICAK MUSLUK SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED Ş

It does not smell. The body is made of bagalite, a type of fireproof hard plastic. We do not use metal for safety reasons...

Is there an apparatus according to the size of the head part? Because it splashes, can I know the size of the head part?

Answer from SICAK MUSLUK SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED Ş

Unfortunately No... Your network pressure seems high, you can probably slightly reduce the water from the valve below. The splash will be reduced a little bit..

    Translated by Google

Is there a spare faucet nozzle? Also, how to clean it if it has limescale? Hot water is too low.

Answer from SICAK MUSLUK SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED Ş

Hello, do all faucet heads have the same flow type, shower type, is there any flow like a standard faucet?

Answer from SICAK MUSLUK SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED Ş

If the sprinkler doesn't flow, the water heating performance will decrease. That's why it's produced that way. When you purchase the model with the title "Siz Oynar," the sprinkler level is lower. You will get a better result by reducing your water pressure a bit too

    Translated by Google

We bought it last April, but the water is running warm. What do we need to do for this?

Answer from SICAK MUSLUK SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED Ş

There may have been calcification in the resistor. It is mentioned in the user manual under cleaning and care. Due to winter, there was excessive cooling in the water, which may be the cause. If it is giving water even if it is warm, there is no malfunction, the device is working.
