Is the yellow side of the product for the windows?
Answer from SmartBee
Hello, both sides of the product are the same, there is only a color difference. You can take a look at our product called Titanium, which is not a product specially produced for glass.

"Hello, I have been using the product once a week or once every two weeks for 3 months, it had a great performance when it first arrived and I dried 2 cars, it was amazing, it was pulling in one go without leaving a trace, but now it constantly leaves water, I wipe it off many times, the water suction is still great, but it leaves a lot of traces and I have to constantly go through it again, I wash it in the machine at up to 30 degrees without detergent, but it seems to have lost its properties. What can I do? Do you have any advice?"
Answer from SmartBee
Hello, wash again at 40 degrees using colored liquid detergent without using softener. If you have a dryer, drying at low temperature on a delicate or synthetic-like setting will be the solution, sir.

Can we use the diaper for the first time or is it more logical to wash it and use it?
Answer from SmartBee
Hello, if you do not have a chance to wash it, you can shake it and use it. The purpose of the first wash is to remove the microfiber dust remaining on it during the cutting and sewing process during the production phase, sir.

Answer from SmartBee
