Good day, good luck. Before using the 1000 gsm microfiber cloth I bought from you, I washed it in the machine at 30 degrees by adding softener. I think it should not be added. Then I saw whether it affects the absorption capacity of the cloth, what problem will it be, what should I do?
Answer from SmartBee
Hello, since softeners contain silicone, they cover the surface of the diaper and prevent it from absorbing water. As a solution, the product should be cleaned from softener. Soaking in white vinegar water and washing again might be the solution.

Hello, how do you dry the diaper?
Answer from SmartBee
Hello, you need to wipe the vehicle while the cloth is dry.
