According to the measurements you gave, I put 3ml of anise in 1lt of solvent and 3ml of kit in 1.1lt of water and mixed. It was slightly white, not completely transparent. Why? It hasn't happened with the Gold that I've done.
Answer from Sek Aroma
Your solvent degree is low, that's why it happened, sir.

I made 5 liters of mamulu with the raisin kit, I did not add the anise kit, it does not whiten, will it be harmful if I consume it like this? It tastes good. Thank you.
Answer from Sek Aroma
If you do not add anise oil, it will not turn white anyway, sir. The aroma of dried grapes is used together with anise oil. If you drink it this way, there will be no problem, you will be drinking vtka with the aroma of dried grapes you know.
