Hello, how much stick should I add to the mixture obtained with only 5 liters of solvent and 6 liters of water without using a kit? I plan to keep it for 1 or 2 years. What is the probability that it will be a very dark color and extremely aromatic during this period? Thank you.
Answer from Sek Aroma
Without using a kit, it is recommended to use 170 grams for 5 liters, sir. You can observe this process yourself and check it from time to time. When you think it is enough, it is ready to consume.
