I filled the water up to the max level, attached the vertical bar at the bottom, first the ring and then the apparatus that looks like a three- or four-legged lid, with the legs down, I attached the large round hole pipe to the base of the machine and put a round apparatus that is a quarter of its size inside. this attachment stays on the surface. The product gives off steam from the bottom, but the steam does not come out of the lid. When you lift the lid, there is intense steam. checked the output points there is no obstruction. where am I going wrong?
Answer from MARİMA
Hello, it seems that there is no error in the installation, we kindly ask you to try again by reducing the amount of water you put in it a little, in order to fully understand the problem, sir.
Translated by Google
Can we put essential oil?
Answer from MARİMA
Hello, it can be put.
Translated by Google
Hello, I filled the water up to the max mark on the inside of the product, plugged it in and set the steam level to max, but there is no steam coming out. When I open the lid, there is steam but it does not come out. I also reduced the water level to half, but I still have the same problem. How can I solve this?
Answer from MARİMA
Hello, there is a stick about 3cm tall in the right corner of the bottom of the water tank, you will attach the ring there sir. You need to put the other small piece on the stick as a cover to prevent the ring from falling off.

Can the water be filled without removing the reservoir from the top?
Answer from MARİMA
You can lift the top cover and add water, sir.
Translated by Google
