Product Q&As
can it prevent paw licking
Answer from Petris Petshop
Hello, if you give me your weight and your neck measurement, I can tell you the appropriate size and whether it is a cat with long legs.

Hello, what do you mean by special fabric? What is the difference between this fabric and other neck collars?
Answer from Petris Petshop
Hello, the thicker upholstery style fabric cannot be torn apart by cats and dogs. It is also double-sided woven and has an addition on the inside that acts as a lining. Although other collars are made of poplin fabric and are of high quality, if you have a cat or dog that likes to scratch and bite, it can tear it when it is difficult. The difference is that this fabric is different from other collars.

By diameter; I guess you mean the diameter of the product, right? But I couldn't understand what the head circumference was! Could you clarify please?
Answer from Petris Petshop
Yes, the diameter of the complete product needs to pass through the head first before it can pass around the neck, and there is a big difference between the head size and the neck. While some breeds have an xs on their neck, their head size is over 30 cm. It can only be a problem if you buy it according to your neck. I hope it is useful :)
