Product Q&As
Hello, I have a 15-year-old, 22kg golden retriever dog, what size should I buy?
Answer from Petsuit
You can choose from the size chart according to the measurement of neck and neck to toe. Size XL or L will be suitable.
Translated by Google
I measured as you stated. The distance between neck and nose is 15cm, the neck size is 30cm as I stated before. Thank you for your support in advance.
Answer from Petsuit
You can choose size XS, sir. We thank you. Get well soon.

Since the wound is right on the neck, it is a classic neck collar with stitches put on by the vet. The collar attachment points on the neck collar caused the wound. Will this have the same problem with the pug breed?
Answer from Petsuit
Hello, the part of our product that comes into contact with your dog's neck is soft. It does not cause sores. You can tie the neck scarf tight enough for 1 finger to go in. Don't make it too tight. Get well soon.

Is there any pattern or fabric difference between the colored and black colors?
Answer from Petsuit
The patterns are the same, sir. The colored fabric is slightly thicker. All other ingredients are the same.

The radius is not 15 cm, the depth of the old collar is 15 cm. The radius is 12 cm.
Answer from Petsuit
When the plastic collar is laid out on the table, the short side measurement that is straight determines the size of the collar, sir. If this measurement is 15 cm, you can choose size XS. Or you can choose the appropriate size from the size chart according to your dog's neck circumference and neck-to-muzzle distance.

Hello, what size would be suitable for our 4 kg maltipoo girl?
Answer from Petsuit
Hello, since your dog is a small breed, size XS from dog collars or size L from cat collars will be suitable. You can buy the appropriate product by checking the size chart.
Translated by Google
Hello, you asked about the size of the collar the vet put on, I was able to measure the depth, it is 15 cm. I measured my dog's neck without squeezing it and it was around 38 cm. The neck and nose length is 20 cm. It's more or less like that, so I may not have gotten the exact size, it's not a very big dog. However, the current neck collar seems to be just fine. Should I buy S or XS?
Answer from Petsuit
Hello, the 15 cm model with a plastic collar corresponds to size XS in our country. If the 15 cm neckline is too short, you can choose size S. The neck circumferences of the XS and S models are almost the same. Their depth is different. Get well soon.

Hello, my dog's height is 32 cm from neck to nose. Is it okay if I buy size 23 S?
Answer from Petsuit
Hello sir, you should choose size L to save the distance between the neck and nose and provide protection. The L size collar might be a little loose, but if you adjust the velcro straps to fit your dog's neck and then tie the flexible neck scarf, the product will fit your dog's neck perfectly. Get well soon.

Hello, I am thinking of this collar for a Maltese terrier, but I can't decide on the size, can you help me? It says size 15 on the collar he used before, but I wonder what size would be a little long and a little short?
Answer from Petsuit
Hello sir, you can choose size XS. It is important for protection to be a little taller, sir.
Translated by Google
Hello, what size do you recommend for my 3-year-old, 28 kg Labrador Retriever dog (neck: 47-48 cm)? Size L seems to fit, but I'm not sure if it will fit. Thanks
Answer from Petsuit
Hello, size XL would be more suitable for your dog's neck. However, in addition to neck size, neck-nose tip distance is also decisive when choosing a size. The distance between the neck and the nose should be less than the depth measurement of the collar. You can adjust the velcro according to your dog's neck when putting on the collar. It will not tighten. We wish you a nice day.
Translated by Google
Hello, will it be sent with 3 support pockets? May I know what this is? I actually want to buy it for my cat. But your collar for the cat has very little depth. So I want to get a similar neck size on the dog collar. My cat weighs 7 kilos, but I don't have an exact neck measurement right now.
Answer from Petsuit
Hello, our product has 3 support pockets. There are support rods inside these support pockets. This feature prevents the collar from folding. Adds strength to the collar. We think that a size L collar in the cat collar section will be suitable for your cat. Our collars are compatible with plastic collar sizes. For example, if your cat has used a 12.5 cm size collar before, size L is on the "cat collar page". If you use a 15 cm collar in size, you can use size XS on the "dog collar page".
Translated by Google
Hello, my dog is a 3.5 kilo chihuahua. Which size do you think would be suitable?
Answer from Petsuit

Translated by Google
Hello, what size would be suitable for our 9 kg pug breed dog?
