I buy it to drink, how should I use it?
Answer from Elis Kybele
Hello, first of all, thank you for your interest in our products. Onka Farma Grape Seed Oil is suitable for internal consumption. You can drink it safely. In the morning, if possible, before breakfast, put 1-2 drops in the mouth, wait a moment, then you can swallow. You can mix it with very little honey if straight drinking is harsh.
