It is very difficult to drink water. Is it normal that the straw is so narrow? It was very difficult for me to drink it. How can a baby drink it?
Answer from butcemegore
Hello, remove the transparent protection on the bottom of the straw and when you look at the straw from the top of the straw, there is an S-shaped piece in it and it should be pulled by applying pressure with the palate. Compared to other brands, the water arrival is slower than other brands, since the water in different brands escapes into the nasal passages of babies, the munchkin has slowed down the water arrival as a special production, so there is no possibility of water escaping into the nasal passages of babies, according to the parents, the pulling power of babies is much higher, so there is no problem in the product, we wish you healthy days.

I use the Munchkin waterer, normally it did not flow at first, but these days water is leaking from the stopper at the bottom, I wonder why?
Answer from butcemegore
Hello, check the stopper, there may be a hole.

A cleaning brush passes through the stopper. Normally, it should be completely closed.
Answer from butcemegore
Hello, the stopper is closed.
