Hello, Thank you for your interest in our brand. To draw water from the product, you need to remove the weighted transparent protection at the bottom and apply slight pressure with the palate to the S-shaped valve at the top of the pipette. Babies have a higher sucking power than adults, and the product is designed to be used in this way. We wish you healthy and pleasant days.

Hello, Thank you for your interest in our brand. You can try using it by removing the weighted transparent protector at the bottom of the cup. To drink from the pipette, it is necessary to apply a slight pressure with the palate on the S-shaped valve at the top. The product is designed to give a controlled and slow flow in order to reduce the risk of liquid leaking; this use is normal as babies have a higher suction power compared to adults and there is no problem with the product. We wish you healthy and pleasant days. YOU WROTE THIS TO ME, I ALSO REMOVED THE TRANSPARENT PROTECTOR. THE CHILD CAN'T DRINK WATER AT ALL.
Answer from butcemegore
Hello, all products go through the same production process. If you think there is a problem with the pipette, you can remove the pipette to provide physical control. Since it is a silicone part, you can observe whether there are any pieces or blockages left inside the pipette during the control.

Answer from butcemegore
Hello, Thank you for your interest in our brand. Hello, my baby is just getting used to drinking water. I removed the plastic at the bottom other than the weight, but the water was so difficult that I tried it before my baby and I couldn't drink it. I had to make a lot of effort. My baby can't put that much effort. In fact, I had to use all my breath to draw the water.
Answer from butcemegore
Hello, remove the transparent protective cover at the bottom, and when you look from the top of the pietin, there is an S-shaped piece inside. It should be pulled by applying pressure with the palate. Water arrival is slower than other brands. In x brands, water escapes into the baby's palate, so munchkın has slowed down the water arrival as a special production. Therefore, there is no possibility of water getting into the baby's palate. The suction power of babies is much higher than adults. There is no problem with the product, it is used this way.

The product does not absorb water, while adults cannot absorb it, how can a baby absorb it?

Answer from butcemegore
Hello, thank you for choosing us. You need to use it by removing the transparent protective weight located at the bottom of the pipette. When you look from the top of the pipette, you will see a special S-shaped part inside. Water flow is by palate pressure on this piece. The water flow in Munchkin products with straws is deliberately designed to be slower compared to other brands. We present it for your information and wish you healthy days.
