Hello, there is very little water coming from the straw and my son cannot drink it. I tried too and it won't come on. I was using the green one, when I washed it beforehand, water was flowing while cleaning, but when I wash this straw, water does not flow out from the round end. How do we use it?
Answer from butcemegore
Hello, when you look at the top of the straw, there is an S-shaped piece inside. It should be pulled by applying pressure with the palate. Compared to other brands, water comes in slower. In different brands, water reaches babies' throats. Munchkin has specially produced to slow down the water flow, so there is no possibility of water getting into babies' throats. According to parents, babies' suction power is much higher. Therefore, there is no problem with the product. It is used in this way. We wish you healthy days.
