Product Q&As
Hello, do we wash it for reuse? We can add tomatoes, cucumbers, zucchini etc., right?
Answer from Mumowrap
Hello, we kindly ask you to wash gently with cold water, (preferably ecological) detergent and (preferably) pumpkin fiber, and not to scrub. You can dry the wet Mumo by hanging or laying it out. Remember to avoid all heat sources, including hot water, microwaves, ovens, hot cars, and containers that seal in uneaten leftovers, as the wax inside may melt. You can use it safely to store your vegetables and fruits.

Product details
Product description
Mumos are made of organic certified cotton fabric, beeswax, pine tree resin and coconut oil. Pouches with completely natural content are produced as an alternative to disposable plastics such as refrigerator bags and cling films. This package contains 1 medium-sized (23x32 cm) waxed pouch. After putting the food you want to keep fresh for a long time inside, you can close it and seal the fabric with the heat of your hand. It can be washed and reused 200 times. We recommend that the washing process be carried out with cold water, (preferably) ecological detergent and (again preferably) loofah. It is flammable, it is not recommended to leave it in hot environments or wrap it around hot products due to the melting of the solution in its content.
where can you use it? You can use your mumo in any food you can think of: half a lemon, bread, vegetables and fruits, greens. The medium-sized bag is ideal for storing snacks like sandwiches, fruits, and pastries fresh.
we do not recommend it for storing meat. Why mumo?
mumo's are the natural alternative to the plastics of one-time use. We recommend using mumo instead of plastic products for a sustainable life in the name of protecting nature.
