Ideal Fit: There should be a 2-finger gap between the collar and your pet’s neck. This distance ensures unrestricted breathing and prevents the collar from slipping off the head. Care: When dirty, close the Velcro fasteners (to prevent snagging on other laundry) and wash at 30 degrees. Air-drying at room temperature is recommended. Note: During the first use after surgery, supervise your pet as they get used to the collar.
