Product Q&As
Isn't it flush silk? Why does it say fiber on it?
Answer from Latuva
Hello The texture of our product is as soft as a flush silk pouch and has a peeling effect. The term 'fiber' on the packaging is a general description written to indicate the production material class. You can use it safely. We wish you healthy and happy days.

I was worried when your product got very wet, but I couldn't get any results. Frankly, I want to learn how to use it.
Answer from Latuva
Hello I would like to give a little direction for you to use the product correctly. The pouch may be a little hard at first use, which is normal. We recommend soaking in warm water for a few minutes until completely softened. After your skin is thoroughly softened with hot water in the shower, you will see that dead skin comes out much better when you apply it to the skin with circular and up-down light pressure.

When making pouches with this should we make it soapy or just pouches
Answer from Latuva
Hello When using our product, it is enough to soften your skin with warm water first. Applying the scrub without soap, using circular motions, will provide a more effective exfoliation. If you wish, you can continue with your normal shower routine with shower gel or soap after the procedure.

What is its raw material? Is it 100 percent flush silk?
Answer from Latuva
Hello sir, it is 100% flush silk.
