Hello, for first use, wash thoroughly with warm water. Soften your beautiful skin by taking a warm, steamy shower for 5-10 minutes. Do not use soap or oil before exfoliating. The softer your skin is, the better the results you will achieve. Wet your loofah, squeeze out excess water, and insert your hand inside. Apply the loofah to your body with upward and downward movements to remove dead skin cells. Be gentler on areas you consider sensitive. Rinse your body and then wash the loofah with warm water using only natural soap to clean it. Place your bath loofah in a clean, dry place to air out and dry, and store it. Do not machine wash.
