Hataybook's kömbe and kerebiç molds are handcrafted from a single piece of beech wood, sourced from the finest available. Intended use: these cutters allow you to easily shape dough into adorable hedgehog and snail designs. The molds are wooden and durable. It is approximately 20-22 cm in length and 7-8 cm in diameter. Hataybook round cookie mold - 1 piece cake & cookie mold product usage: before using, thoroughly brush the molds with olive oil and let them sit for about 1 hour. (this is necessary to prevent the dough from sticking to the mold.)
