General Features It is long-lasting. It is ready for use in a short time. It provides even heat distribution on the surface. It retains heat in the best way and does not form a base. It is easy to clean. It has high durability. Heating Instructions During the initial heating, the oven temperature should not exceed 50°C. At first use, heating should be done gradually. After 50°C, the temperature should be increased by 30°C every 15 minutes until the desired temperature is reached

the water vapor inside the stone should be released in a controlled manner. Rapid heating may cause cracking and deformation. Cleaning The use of soap for cleaning is not recommended, in order to prevent even a small amount of soap that may be absorbed by the panel from transferring to food during baking. Instead, the panels should be cleaned by washing with water and gently wiped with a soft cloth. The stone should be left to dry for 24 hours after cleaning. General Notes The maximum usable temperature is 350°C. It is not designed for use on barbecues and grills.
