Product Q&As
Normal sugar is added to 3 cups to make jam. The text on the back of this product says not to exceed 50mg. It reaches up to 3 tablespoons. It does not bring it to the consistency of jam.
Answer from DALKIR GIDA TEMÄ°ZLÄ°K DAY. TÃœK. MAM. LTD.
You can use it in the same amount as sugar, but don't consume more than 50 grams per day, in the sense of not eating it. Since it is fibrous and natural, it may cause gas problems.

Is 3 tablespoons enough for jam? Is there any harm in using more?

Hello. Normally, put the sugar in the same proportion as you put it. Have a nice day
