Does it melt when we beat it with eggs?

When I enlarged the photo, it was blurry and I couldn't read it. How many grams of carbohydrates are written in 100g?
Answer from PARMOR
Hi The Erythritol carb ratio is 100. However, erythritol is not digested in the human body and is therefore considered zero. It is written as 100 in the nutritional elements table because of this. You might look elsewhere for this product as it is pure erythritol.

I came across this product, how to use it? Is it powder?
Answer from PARMOR
Hello This product is not in powder (powder) form, but in crystal form erythritol. ➡️ The appearance is similar to fine granulated sugar. ➡️ Can be used as a sugar substitute in tea, coffee, and other beverages. ➡️ It can also be used in dessert and pastry recipes. If you're using it in recipes that call for cream, frosting, or powdered sugar, powdered erythritol might be a better fit. ✅ In short ✔ It is in crystal form (not powder/powder) ✔ Used like sugar ✔ It can be preferred instead of sugar in beverages and recipes.

Hello, it does not have a halal certificate, but you said it is vegan. Is it treated with alcohol in its production? I would appreciate it if you could give me information about whether it contains alcohol, even if it is very low.
Answer from PARMOR
Hello, our product has a halal certificate. There is no contact with alcohol. We wish you a nice day.

Hello, is your product in crystal form?
Answer from PARMOR
Hello, yes, the crystal size is slightly smaller than the crystal size of normal sugar. If you are looking for powdered erythritol, the same product is also available in powder form. If you search for powdered erythritol, it will appear. We wish you good use
Translated by Google
What's it for?
Answer from PARMOR
Hello, Erythritol, which is 70% sweeter than sugar and used instead of sugar, is especially preferred by people on a ketogenic diet.
Translated by Google
Hello, is the product in granule form or like powdered sugar? i dont know the current version but is it good for cakes or muffins? thank you in advance
Answer from PARMOR
Hello, This product is in granule form (the grains may be smaller than the granule structure of sugar), our powder-shaped product is sold separately and it is stated in the product description that it is powder. We recommend using Fibrelle zero Slim product for cakes and muffins. This product of ours, which is a mixture of Erythritol and Stevia, provides exact sugar properties and is very suitable for cakes and muffins.

Hello, I used the amount of sugar stated in the recipe, but there was an unpleasant bitter taste both while eating it and after eating it.
Answer from PARMOR
Hello It has a slightly different taste than sugar. It gives a refreshing taste, not a bitter taste. It has less sweetness than sugar -per se. If you want a product that is just like sugar, you can use Fibrelle prebiotic fiber stevia sweetener.
Translated by Google
Is it suitable for cooking? How many tablespoons of sugar is each tablespoon of this powder equal to?
Answer from PARMOR
Hello. It is suitable for cooking. 3 spoons of Erythritol gives as much sweetness as 2 spoons of sugar
Translated by Google
Can it be used in desserts? And is it used in the same measure as sugar?
Answer from PARMOR
Hello, you can use it in desserts. You need to use 30-35% more sugar. It does not have as much sweetness as sugar. (The sweetness ratio is lower than sugar)
Translated by Google
Is it crystalline?
Answer from PARMOR
Hello, yes, this product has a crystal structure. The size of the crystal is smaller than a sugar cube. Additionally, our product, which is powder/powder, is sold as powder Erythritol. We wish you sweet uses.
Translated by Google
If we don't have sitevea powder with us, can we add parmor instead? Does it hold its place?
Answer from PARMOR
Hello, I don't understand which product you mean by Stevia. The product in the image above, Erythritol, is not at the same sweetness level. It is used in erythritol but you need to use a little more.

How much erythritol is needed to replace 1 cup of regular sugar? Tsk
Answer from PARMOR
Hello 1.3 cups (you need to use 30% more)
Translated by Google
Hello, how much should I put in a glass of tea and coffee?
Answer from PARMOR
