The epinox sugar paste gun consists of 20 different model tips. It is made of stainless steel. Used to make sugar dough models. Pattern is pulled out on the cake, cookies, cupcake. Usage: 1 - we dip a sugar paste the size of a walnut into hot water, remove it and knead it thoroughly. 2 - with the tip of our finger, we take a little bit of softened butter and apply it to the sugar dough we knead, and we incorporate the oil into the dough until it becomes thoroughly soft. (we do the oiling so the sugar dough doesn't stick to the gun.) 3 - after selecting and placing the one you want from 19 different discs at the end of the gun, we put the sugar paste inside. 4 - when you press the button on the top of the gun, the sugar paste starts to come out from the end of the disc in a processed way. 5 - if the gun feels too hard for our hands and we cannot squeeze it, it means the sugar paste is not soft enough. We repeat the same process until we get the consistency. 6 - after removing the sugar paste to a non-stick surface, we cut it to the length we want by stretching it.
